Sheree Kilroy JP

Certified Practising Conveyancer

Sheree is a Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) which is awarded to conveyancers who annually meet the high standard to maintain best practice through constant professional development. She has been a licensed conveyancer since 2006 after completing her studies and started “Top Notch Conveyancing” in 2009. Since then, Top Notch has grown from strength to strength mainly due to Sheree’s dedication in dealing with all aspects of our Clients property needs. Her local knowledge having grown up in the Sutherland Shire is invaluable.

Sheree has more than 18 years’ experience in Conveyancing, is a Justice of the Peace and a full member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.

Kelsi Krippner

Kelsi started working at Top Notch in early 2019 and has quickly become a vibrant and valuable member of the office. She is currently completing her studies through Macquarie University. Nothing is too much trouble for Kelsi and she is the one that gets things done when they say it can’t be done. She is our settlement expert and PEXA specialist
