I was recommended Top Notch by a colleague who had also used them for their two previous purchases, and I would 100% pass the recommendation on. This was my first property purchase, so I was very new and naïve to the whole process, however both Sheree and Kelsi put any stresses I had at ease with their knowledge. They quickly responded to any queries/questions I had, and Sheree picked up on numerous things within the contract that I honestly don't believe would have been brought to attention with just any conveyancer. Her attention to detail was next to nothing and I felt comfortable in trusting her advice and recommendations throughout the whole process.
